Follow-up Visit

Price $140.00 – a review of the patient’s problems, new complaints, response to therapy (review of blood glucose records for the diabetic, review of BP records for the hypertensive.) This is not a timed visit per set but normally if we’ve done an adequate history it should be possible to review and update in less then 1 hour. The patient will not be told the discussion is limited to three problems and fifteen minutes. For the average person reasonably healthy one or two consultations a year should suffice.

I also offer a “by the minute” service billed at $5.50/minute.

Note: the initial visit will take as long as necessary to get your information down, so that once we know you, your follow-up visits may e relatively brief as you choose. If you anticipate your problems at follow-up will take longer than twenty-five minutes to describe and be addressed then go for the blanket fee of $140 which will save you money.The first 2 minutes of any phone call, getting the video conference going in short and exchanging salutations are always free.
This visit will cover current complaints, past medical history, surgeries, adverse reactions, allergies, review current laboratory data, and current medications with attention to what you think they are for and including supplements you may be using
