Refund Policy

If a patient is not satisfied with the service provide by True Medicine Telehealth and would like a refund:

The patient can tell the doctor during the service and the telehealth visit will end at that moment. The refund process will be initiated.

If prescriptions have been issued, we will still issue a refund but we may also seek to cancel refills on those prescriptions and let the pharmacy know that the patient has chosen not to use Dr. Paustian.

Refund requests will also be honored if submitted via e-mail to Refunds@TrueMedicineTelehealth.com. Credit card processing may take up to 7 days to fulfill a refund requests.

Our refund policy is no questions asked. The patient gets a refund and is deleted from our list of patients. We will send them a secure copy of what records we have on them at that point.
